Who we are
- CoderPush is a studio of engineers and designers who collaborate with clients for great software/teams/processes. Nope, it’s not outsourcing 😅
- We are a young firm, but with your help, more reviews and testimonials will be verified externally on Clutch.
- Who you are going to work with: a small team of 15 people, 100% are software engineers, located in Saigon, Hanoi and the US. Most of us are in our 20s, except for the two 🦕 that wrote this, who are in mid 30s.
- Having done startups and corporates, we now build this company to last.
What we need help on
This is a unique role: there’s only one person for it, yet a very important to the general happiness of the entire team, directly contributing to the company’s success daily.
- Admin: work effectively as a back office person, providing support for all team members, maintaining communication and updating managers on progress.
- HR: work with directors to guarantee all our team members are treated fairly and that the company follows local law to provide employee with all the rights and benefits they deserve.
- Tax: collaborate our Tax fulfillment service agency on Tax reporting procedures.
- Operation: this is optional, if you are interested in growing yourself in the software industry, you can work with our projects' leaders to guarantee every project we deliver has excellent results.
Trust is paramount for this role, so we want you to be and grow with us for a long time.
We are looking for someone with
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Attention to detail: yes only those who has it knows what it’s like!
- Be able to and enjoy working on your own.
- Brave to ask tough questions, pushing people to get what you need.
- Confidence in using office software and a willingness to learn tools!
- Be humble to learn what you don’t know, everyday.
- Desire to grow with CoderPush over the long term.

Office
Office is optional! Our humble office is in the beautiful City Garden in Binh Thanh District. We don’t require you to come to the office if you don’t need to, but welcome you to help contribute making it fun place to hang out together.
